Anyone have simple instructions for downloading web templates?

I have a website but it is pretty plain. I wanted to download a web template but can’t figure out how to do it! Anyone have easy step -by- step instructions on how to do this? (Think web templates for dummies!) Thanks!
google search the phrase ‘web templates’ you can usually find a site that has templates on it. or where you can make a simple, yet good looking custom one for free.
if however you have adobe dreamweaver, you download and import website templates from the internet/website template forums etc etc
maybe you can ask the webtemplates 4 dummies website
