The price will almost always be the same, I mean how exactly are you going to really explain to your web designer what you want thousands of miles away not to say you are calling a firm where you are a 1 in a million client so its not specialized. The best companies for web design are not located in India. The best designers are in your local area, it will never full be replaced. Its the only way you will get great service, in a timely matter. Right now, in India they have the flexibility to train new hires. It's Hollywood departing for Bollywood that will be the true tragedy for the USA.
