Can I do all of this with a degree in Graphic design? Will I be considered an entrepreneur?

You can do all of the design part with a degree in Graphic Design, but if you want your businesses to be successful then you might want to consider learning about Marketing and Business practices. Even if you are a good designer, it doesn’t make you a good business person. There is more to running a company than making your products look pretty, you have to know how to market yourself as well. You have to know how to set up a business, financing, etc.
