It came with Corel Essentials 4, Adobe Photoshop Essentials, and Niki Photoshop.
I really like the Corel, but I was wondering what other great software there was for a beginning artist and graphic designee.

I do great on Corel Essentials, but I would like something with a bit more effects and something where you can change the fluidity of the brush and paint.

Are there any other school like it? Perhaps in the NY area, or upper eastcoast? Is there a site where I can find these school listed? I’m lost.
Let me clarify, are there any schools that help you get a portfolio together, for people who have not graduated from art schools. I am already taking continuing education classes to try and build a portfolio. Which I love, but will not help towards a degree (which my parents do not understand- taking classes but not earning a degree). I am not trying to cut corners, but asking if there are schools that help people not in the field, get into it.

I have been using paint and that works but I need something to make my stuff twice as good. So I got on download.com I did one download and it worked but when I went to upload it the format was really wrong.Then I tried another one and it just didn’t seem to work. So if anybody can tell me of a free program to help with that that would be great because someone is waiting for there layout. And they programs were: The first one was InsightPoint 3.2.5.2 an the second one was Scribus 1.3.3.9
