Editing CSS templates on Microsoft Expression web 4?

I downloaded a template from www.freecsstemplates.org. I was told that we could easily edit them using Microsoft expressions web 4, but I am having a hard time. I can’t seem to view both the code and the design, only the code. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks you!
