Does anyone know of good graphic design summer programs in Japan?

I’m looking for a good graphic design programs that have a semester or a few weeks in Japan during the summertime. Or it could be a internship in the graphic design area.
But I don’t speak Japanese!
somehow u hv to speak jap or it will be no go as no one hardly anyone speaks english!
