Help finding a web-design company for a social networking type website?

Hi there
Im trying to find a preferably UK based web design company who specialise in designing & building Social Networking type websites such as Facebook.
I have tried searching through google, but nothing jumps out at me.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

“Such as Facebook” is a complex website and will not be cheap!
