I am based in Portugal (same time as UK). Send me your specs and I'll give you a quote and a schedule. "Such as Facebook" is a complex website and will not be cheap! You can also post your specs on www.rentacoder.com, and have quotes from all over the world. (Location is NOT important: with the net, you can have someone designing for you from China).
