How do I create a business card that states my skills and areas of knowledge that is not based on a currentjob?

I need a business card to find jobs, sort of advertise my qualifications and specializations. This card won’t be associated with a job that I have but let people know how I collaborate with or benefit them.
I know what a cover letter is. A business card in this sense is for brief encounters with possible network people to find work or collaboration.
That’s called a cover letter and should go with your resume when you apply for jobs. A business card cannot hold enough info to entice anyone to take a second look. All that will happen with a card is it will be tossed into a desk drawer and never looked at again.
Well, I don’t know what you do but if you’re a licensed something, put that under your name.
If you are skilled in sales, or something label yourself as a “consultant”, it’s a big tent you can climb under.
Don’t make your card too busy, let you do the talking and your card serves only as a way to contact you. My son has cards he uses just to give someone his info (cell, email, etc) to save time when you meet someone. In days of old, people had “calling cards” that saved them having to write notes, leave numbers, etc.
We get ours really inexpensively on line from “Vista Print”. My husband just handed me a coupon code…so here you go….and I have NO association with this company.

Supposedly it’s 25% off anything on the site. We’ve had decent luck with them.
Best to you in your search.
a business card would have your name in bold in the center and your job title underneath in a smaller font. your tel num, addr, email and fax could be equally divided in the corners
