How to use web templates downloaded from the net ?

i downloaded.. webtemplates like these.. xhtml-css, flash templates or html flash templates.. i have coffeecup html editor and coffeecup visual site designer and adobe flash mx 2004 and also some flash menu builder i dunn how to use the free templates.
By the way plz.. link me some good free template’s sites.
get dreamweaver you can download a trial version online.. then you can basically open them and work off the templates.
Dreamweaver is very easy to use.
