I need a free program to help me design web pages
like if i drag a picture into the web page,then the program will automatically generate the code
any one know a FREE program like this?

You probably already have a Tool to design web pages.
I will assume your word-processor is MS Word. Whatever you would like to see on your homepage, virtually regardless of what it is, just make it up exactly as you would an ordinary Word document. Choose the colours you want, the fonts, pictures, charts, tables, whatever. As much, or as little, as you like. Now comes the way to turn it into a homepage. You simply save it as a webpage! Just click on File, then click on Save as a web page… In the File name: box, give it the name index.html and then click on Save. This will create your first homepage – automatically generating the code – that’s how simple it can be. At the same time as the homepage was being made, files and folders to hold your pictures were also being created automatically as webpages.
Your newly-created homepage now exists on your computer but not on the web. Find index.html and click on it, and it will instantly load into your browser, and look exactly as if it were on the web. So, before you even think about putting your homepage onto the Internet you need to get it and any supplementary webpages working on your computer and only later upload a COPY of them to your website.
I am not suggesting this is only way you ought follow to make webpages, and you still need to learn how to link your webpages, but a least it shows, contrary to what most people think, how easily they can be made.
