Printer and Card stock for Business card printing.?

I am planning to start a small scale business card printing service in my town in India.
I like to print my cards on Glossy and Matt card stocks. I use a busniess card customizing software which prints 8/10 cards on single A4 sheet(card stock).
Now I want to choose the card stock and the printer. Can any one suggest which printer is better for small scale business card preparation.
Also, I need to choose the card stock with respect to its thickness.
you only need any 6 colors printer to have great photos and choose any business cards available in your town. important thing is quality of work and designs plus your service. hope these will help you.
