Suggestions for good graphic design schools on the Portland area?

I currently am finishing up an associates degree for Graphic Communications in the Midwest and I want to continue to get a Bachelors degree in Graphics design on the upper West Coast or Arizona… was wondering if anyone had some good suggestions for a school, not too expensive if possible, maybe tech again? Or I am open to University’s also… any direction would be nice… not really wanting to transfer to the Arts Institute…

We DO have a major art school here which I think is just called “ART INSTITUTE OF PORTLAND”
They used to advertise a lot on billboards and such, but I don’t think I’ve seen any of their ads since the economy crashed. They do seem to be a fairly major school, though, and I would think definitely worth looking into.
