Are there any other school like it? Perhaps in the NY area, or upper eastcoast? Is there a site where I can find these school listed? I’m lost.
Let me clarify, are there any schools that help you get a portfolio together, for people who have not graduated from art schools. I am already taking continuing education classes to try and build a portfolio. Which I love, but will not help towards a degree (which my parents do not understand- taking classes but not earning a degree). I am not trying to cut corners, but asking if there are schools that help people not in the field, get into it.

I want to get into design for print / graphic design jobs but I feel that my degree and previous qualifications isn’t enough. I’m trying to get internships at design companies and local magazines and newspapers with very little success.

What Shall I do?
