What school offers the best online degree or certification program in web design?

I am currently a graphic designer, but Ive been thinking about taking some online classes to become certified in or obtain a degree in web design. Does anyone have any suggestions on what schools offer this, which places have a fair tuition, any experiences?? success stories?? Any info will help! Thanks!!

Would you suggest going to a 2 year Graphic Design school or taking shorter Certification courses?

I am interested in pursuing Graphic Designing, but am unable to decide whether a 2 year Associates Degree is better(am not considering a 4 year degree), or should I save time and money and go for shorter certification courses in the required softwares? What would you suggest? Thanks…
