How do I make my CSS web template compatible with all web hosts?

Is there any GRAPHIC DESIGN programs like Serif DrawPlus X4 which are compatible with MacOSX?

Basically I really like Serif as it is simple to use and I have only ever used that at school however I am looking to start designing logos for people and submit them online so i need a program similar which I can use at home on my mac Any Ideas? Regards Curt
