Is there any programs i can download to my computer to work with?
My main focus is learning to make those graphics on Glitter-Graphics.com
How do they do that? What programs do they use? I would like for this to be my career. Graphic Designing. My sister did it before and she said things about porfolios and how you need them to get actual jobs in graphic designing. Another one of my focuses is Profiles. I want to learn how to make profiles for Gaiaonline.com
So please help, tips, programs, links to sites with information about it. Anything. Thanks!

So i’m a college student just trying to figure out my major. I am really good at graphic design and website design, and I would love to go into advertising for a small business (not for a large advertising firm or anything though), or even better for the Milwaukee Brewers. But I don’t understand the difference between Marketing and Advertising. What else does a marketer do?

So I have a couple questions:
First, do most large companies hire advertising firms, or do some have internal marketing/advertising employees?
Secondly, what are the roles of a Marketer? Do they actually design the images and advertisements, or is that soley for the graphic designer?

I have visited some websites where they have an application to let their clients personalize their own T shirt design.

I have heard that to create such kind of application I need to know Flex, but I know nothing about flex and my knowledge is only limited to PHP,& MySql, JQuery only.

Would you please kindly tell me if it is really possible with Flex; if yes would you please kindly refer me a link to a tutorial where I can learn how to create the web tool I have mentioned above?
