How to use web templates downloaded from the net ?

i downloaded.. webtemplates like these.. xhtml-css, flash templates or html flash templates.. i have coffeecup html editor and coffeecup visual site designer and adobe flash mx 2004 and also some flash menu builder i dunn how to use the free templates. By the way plz.. link me some good free template’s sites.
