Can I realistically get a web design job based off of my current experience?

Please take a look at my portfolio and resume and gauge whether or not I could get hired at a web design firm: http://hirejaggers.com What can I do to make my website more hireable? I am still learning flash, JavaScript, and CGI scripting…but are these ABSOLUTELY necessary to get hired? Please only serious critiques.

I have a year of experience in a brokerage firm doing operations (glorified data entry) and maintenance and a 2 year college degree in graphic design. I plan on leaving my job for something else in a few months. What else is there for me?
What employment position do I qualify for with this resume and experience? Must make at least 34K annually.?
