What should I do or where should I go for 11th and 12th grade, if I want to be a video game designer?

*I am currently in 9th grade *Do these universities or colleges or whatever offer scholarships *Do I need extremely good grades to be a video game designer *I am not really interested in Game Art design, more of programming,music and level design Thanks!
