HST: How should I charge my client the HST tax if I got a third party service that did not include tax?

I just started operating my Graphic Design firm, and for one of my projects I purchased a photography from a US based photography website. I was not charged any kind of taxes for the purchase, I was wondering how I can charge my client for this transaction.

Should I include a business card with my resume and cover letter?

I am applying for a graphic design internship position at my college. I designed a business card as I did my resume and cover letter. Question is, is it acceptable to hand in my resume with a business card attached, or would it seem out of place?
