A new graphic artist I met makes great looking renders for me, but question his billing to some degree. He charges a rate of 65$ per hour (seems decent to me), but he charges that for when his computer is rendering a model (could take 20+ minutes to render a view) in addition to the actually modeling/ texturing in what ever software he uses. It seems kinda odd that I am paying 65$ a hour for strictly computing power during. Is this industry standard?

This sales rep will only be responsible for bringing in new clients. They can work from home and on their free time. No restrictions really and no quota. Every client they bring in, we will pay them a percentage of the cost of the project. What should the percentage be?
