Is there financial aid / grants / support for online courses in graphic design?

I’m 27, and live in northern California (on my own). I’ve completed high school and some college and now want to enroll in an online graphic design course but I’m wondering if there is financial aid for something like that? If so… where would I find more information about it? Thanks!
