what types of jobs can you obtain by taking a web design course?

I am taking a web design class and having a problem with using inline embedded external on 3 paragraphs?

Write three paragraphs The first paragraph should use inline styles. The second paragraph should use embedded styles. The third paragraph should use external styles. I don’t understand how to apply each style to its own paragraph. Please help.

Would you suggest going to a 2 year Graphic Design school or taking shorter Certification courses?

I am interested in pursuing Graphic Designing, but am unable to decide whether a 2 year Associates Degree is better(am not considering a 4 year degree), or should I save time and money and go for shorter certification courses in the required softwares? What would you suggest? Thanks…
