Need interactive web tools for new website, where do I find?

I am building a new website and want to add free interactive tools. I want to add calculators my visitors can use and calendars for each client to keep track of deadlines. Do I have to have a software company custom design these or can I purchase online?

Can I use Webs.com design tools with my domain that I have with Microsoft?

Is this possible?
