How to realize remote design with web-based reporting tool?

When designing report at browser side with web-based reporting tool,I want to link database and design report template at browser. Moreover,I wish to deploy template to server and browse their designed report on line too. How to achieve it?

are there any free web-based tools for interior designing?

I just want to play around with space design but was wondering if anyone out there knows of and has used web-based designing tools?
