What is the highest degree in video game designing.?

I want to get a Ph.D in it but I don’t know if you can, and if you can where. All I have seen is a Bachelors Degree but I don’t really want that at least a Masters degree.

    You can get a PhD in Computer Science, doing your dissertation on video design
