What would be the best college to attend if you wanted to be a video game designer?

My brother just graduated high school and would really like to get into video game design. What would be the best degree and school for him to attend so that he can reach his goal?

The Art Insitute. They are located everywhere! You don’t have to take any general ed classes and you get your degree in 3 years instead of 4. They do have a video game design major.. Great school!!
google it, but i think the university of arizona has a good program
