Where to find graphic design jobs in Taiwan?

I have a friend that graduated from a graphic design college in America and needs help finding a job in Taiwan. Can anyone refer any good sites or places they can go to find a job that will help them break into the graphic design field in Taiwan?
umm i would suggest looking up in yahoo but change the language to taiwan
